The CR-V FCEV is all new for 2024 adding a fuel-cell electric vehicle to the Honda lineup.

The 147 horsepower CR-V FCEV is powered by one of two power sources, an electric motor with a range of 29 miles or a hydrogen fuel cell with a range of 241 miles.

Only one trim is available but it comes fulling loaded with a power liftgate, power sunroof, heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals, LED headlights, 18-inch wheels, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated front seats, driver seat memory, ambient interior lighting, automatic dual-zone climate control, an HD satellite radio with a 12-speaker sound system, 9-inch touchscreen, voice activated navigation, adaptive cruise control, mobile hotspot, wireless device charging and connectivity, 4 USB ports, a 10.2-inch gauge cluster, and a heated steering wheel.

Safety features are abundant with 10 airbags, front and rear parking sensors, active lane departure, blind spot warning, forward and rear collision mitigation, front pedestrian detection, a driver attention alert and a traffic sign information system.

Honda has further evolved its successful formula for the compact CR-V with its new fuel cell electric SUV. This new CR-V blends a cutting-edge fuel cell module with battery plug-in charging which proves the flexibility of emission-free electric driving or hydrogen fuel. There aren't many competitors in this unique space with the closest being the hydrogen powered Hyundai NEXO and the Toyota Mirai. The combination of electric motor and hydrogen capability make the CR-V FCEV stand out from the competition.
