Mercedes-Benz G-Class
The Mercedes-Benz G 550 is powered by a 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo engine with a mild hybrid system producing 443 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. This powertrain is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, enabling acceleration from 0-60 mph in 5.3 seconds.
The all-new G 580 with EQ Technology features four permanently excited synchronous motors generating a combined 579 horsepower and 859 lb-ft of torque. This electric powertrain propels the vehicle from 0-60 mph in just 4.6 seconds while maintaining the G-Class's legendary off-road capability. The G 580 is equipped with a usable battery capacity providing an estimated 239 miles of all-electric range. Charging capabilities include DC fast charging (10-80% in 32 minutes).
Both G-Class models feature a comprehensive suite of standard equipment. The G 550 includes 19-inch wheels, DYNAMIC SELECT driving programs, independent front axle suspension, 64-color ambient lighting, heated front seats, wireless charging, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and an 18-speaker sound system.
The G 580 with EQ Technology adds model-specific features including four individually controlled electric motors, OFFROAD COCKPIT, "Transparent Hood" technology at low speeds, torque vectoring, G-ROAR sound generation, and exclusive off-road features like G-TURN, G-STEERING, and intelligent off-road crawl function.
Both models offer extensive customization options through Mercedes-Benz's MANUFAKTUR program, with numerous exclusive paint colors, upholstery options, and interior trims available.
