Hyundai Elantra
The 2025 Hyundai Elantra is available in multiple trim levels: SE, SEL Sport, SEL Convenience, N Line, Limited, and performance-focused N, plus hybrid variants including Blue HEV, Sport HEV, and Limited HEV.
Powertrain options include a 2.0L gasoline engine producing 147 horsepower, a 1.6L turbocharged engine making 201 hp, and hybrid versions pairing a 1.6L engine with an electric motor for a combined 139 hp. Power is delivered to the front wheels through various transmissions: an Intelligent Variable CVT Transmission (IVT) on standard models, a 6-speed manual on the Elantra N, a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission on the N Line, and a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission on hybrid models. The Elantra N also offers an available 8-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
Interior technology has been updated for 2025 the interface has been refined for simpler operation, with all radio functions including SiriusXM accessible from a single screen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity is standard.
Standard features across the lineup include LED daytime running lights, dual USB ports, Bluetooth connectivity, and a comprehensive suite of safety technologies. Higher trims add amenities such as heated seats, dual-zone climate control, premium audio systems, and enhanced driver assistance features.

The Elantra N performance model maintains its enthusiast appeal with a 2.0L turbocharged engine producing 276 horsepower, electronically controlled suspension, and performance-oriented features like a limited-slip differential.
Safety features remain a focal point for the 2025 Elantra. The model includes Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection, which uses a forward-mounted camera to monitor the road and can engage the brakes in emergency situations to prevent accidents. Lane Keeping Assist is standard across the lineup and applies subtle steering corrections if it detects the vehicle wandering out of its lane at speeds above 40 mph.
